Learning Objectives: COURSE OBJECTIVES 1. Open a company file, create a backup copy, and restore a backup copy. 2. Enter bills, pay bills, and record cash payments. 3. Create invoices, receive payments, enter sales receipts, and make deposits. 4. Add, edit, and delete accounts in the lists centers for customers, vendors, and chart of accounts. 5. Journalize year-end adjusting entries. 6. Receive items, sell items, process sales discounts, adjust quantity and value on hand, and pay sales tax. 7. Create a new company 8. Prepare payroll items and process payroll. 9. Prepare a bank reconciliation. 10. Record job income and expenses, track time for employees and jobs, and create customer statements. 11. Customize the desktop, reports, invoices, letter, create memorized transactions, and prepare year-end entries. 12. View and print management reports for vendors, customers, inventory items, payroll, banking, jobs, accounting reports and financial statements.
