Course description:An extension of CA 125. This course is s a study of advanced baking principles for bread, pastries, and other desserts. After completing this course, students will understand the fundamentals of baking and pastry arts and be able to follow recipes and use techniques to produce a wide variety of restaurant-quality baked goods in a commercial setting. Pre-requisite CA 125 and CA 102. (Even S)
