Course description:Traditional dishes from the Ancient Classical world as well as modern Near Eastern delicacies. Topics will include the cuisines of Greece, Italy, Turkey, Israel, Lebanon and Egypt. Pre-requisites CA 102 and CA 104. (Odd S) Synchronous participation is required every Thursday from 1:00 to 3:50 PM.
