| Course description: | Exploration of the changing complex health care systems and opportunities for the master's prepared nurse leader to impact and transform health care service delivery. Integration of quality improvement, risk management, and the culture of safety (QSEN competencies) provided, and organizational behavior management theory, including empowerment strategies, is examined. Through collaborative interprofessional activities (health and human services student group project), theories related to management, leadership, and follower behaviors are applied. (F, S) |
