Course description:The purpose of this course is twofold: (1) to examine diversity and its educational impact in the secondary education classroom and (2) to assist students in developing an educational environment that supports a multitude of students. Students are expected to engage in a focused exchange of ideas related to a range and ethinicity, gender, class, exceptionalities, language and others. (F, S)
