Course description:Provides an overview of new and emerging media, social networks, social information networks (SIN), blogging, webcasts and podcasts. Students will explore the changes in sharing, creation and dissemination of information and knowledge; the social and cultural implications of these changes; and the relationship between writing and visual images.
