Course description:Students will spend the first eight weeks of this course designing and producing wedding-style cakes, using classical techniques. In-class workshops will include rolling fondant, marzipan and gum paste, icing flowers, and traditional buttercreams. The second eight weeks will require students to plan and execute all aspects of an off-site catered event. (Su)
