| Course description: | This capstone class provides advanced instruction on writing and practice in Anthropology and related fields. By the end of this course, students should be able to identify the structure and demonstrate competence in various genres of anthropological writing. Students will improve their academic writing through the completion of compositions in a variety of formats common to the discipline. This class emphasizes the development of good habits in the writing process including prewriting, drafting, editing, peer-review and revising. (Odd S) |
