Course description:A continuation of CA 225. Students in this course will master advanced cake techniques, including tiered cakes, fondant, gumpaste, icing and flowers and traditional buttercreams. Students will design and produce a wedding-style cake. Pre-requisite CA 102 and CA 125. (Odd S)
