| Course description: | Intervention strategies for children and adolescents having language disorders (e.g., FIT, preschool, elementary, secondary, and DD populations). The impact of social, cultural, and linguistic variables, bilingualism/multilingualism, language and literacy, and delivery of contextually appropriate and relevant services to clients with learning disabilities, intellectual challenges, CAPD, deaf/HOH, Deaf, and neurodivergenr/Autistic clients will be discussed; competent services with consideration for identity, culture, community, neighborhood, and built environments will also be explored.
