Course description:Planning and techniques for formal and informal diagnostic assessment resulting in data-driven instruction, assessment of student characteristics and abilities, and applications of accommodations and modifications for all students, including those with diverse abilities. A 30-hour field experience in a secondary education public school classroom is required. Concurrent enrollment: SPED 320L and SPED 328 (required). Prerequisites: SPED 300 and admission to Gateway II.
