Topics include: defining, developing, and delivering an effective media campaign; using mass and social media platforms for brands and teams; ethical and legal issues (media rights, etc.). Students will develop media brochures, publications (interviews, feature stories, etc.) and news releases for a sports event. Meets theory course requirement. (F) |
